Description
The ICAF Conference Management Web Application Tool is an advanced solution designed to streamline the complexities of organizing and managing conferences. Moving beyond traditional methods, this system provides a comprehensive platform for handling all aspects of conference management, from user registration to event execution. By offering a user-friendly experience and reliable service, the tool addresses the limitations of existing systems and enhances overall efficiency. The platform supports four distinct user roles: Admin, Editor, Reviewer, and Other Users, each with specific functions to ensure smooth operation. Registered users, including Researchers, Workshop Conductors, and Attendees, can interact with the system based on their roles and requirements.
The system's scope includes several critical components: User Management, Event Management, Research Papers and Workshop Proposals Management, and User Registration and Login. Admins handle user and administrative tasks, Editors manage event logistics, and Reviewers oversee the evaluation of research papers and workshop proposals. Registered users can access and participate in events, with Researchers and Attendees required to pay a fee, while Workshop Conductors are exempt. Unregistered users can view upcoming events but must register to attend. This structured approach ensures a streamlined process for managing academic conferences, providing a robust platform for researchers and participants alike.
