Description

The Aventage CRM project represents a robust, custom CRM solution developed specifically for the Rhino Group. Built from scratch, this multi-tenant, cloud-based software provides a comprehensive suite of CRM functions, allowing sales teams to manage and optimize their processes efficiently. As a key contributor, I was instrumental in implementing critical modules, including campaign management, surveys, and customer dashboards. These features empower users to run targeted campaigns, collect valuable feedback, and gain actionable insights through detailed dashboards. Additionally, I addressed bugs and made enhancements to ensure the system’s reliability and smooth operation for its current user base.

Aventage CRM offers a full range of CRM functionalities such as lead sharing, sales process automation, email synchronization, and appointment scheduling. It supports notifications via email and SMS, and integrates seamlessly with third-party applications like PWA, Flutter mobile, WordPress, and others. The system’s ability to send notifications, capture feedback, and generate data summaries for managers underscores its versatility and effectiveness. By addressing the specific needs of the Rhino Group, Aventage CRM enhances their sales management processes, ensuring a tailored approach that drives efficiency and supports effective customer communication throughout the sales cycle.
